Good Morning Year 1! As October is the traditional month of the Rosary, and today is the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary we are going to pray a decade of the Rosary. We'll learn a little bit about the history of the Rosary and why it is important in the Catholic Church. Begin with the Our Father, say ten Hail Mary prayers and conclude with the Glory Be prayer. Follow along with each slide, you don't need to remember the words of the prayers as I've incuded them on the slides. Before you start, think about who you are going to pray for today. You can pray a decade of the rosary each day during October. If you have your rosary bracelet that we made earlier this year, you might like to use that to help you today. ~ Year 1 Teachers
