Teachers, save “Mindful Walking 1” to assign it to your class.

1. First, click on activities. 2. Next, click on the green box: Add a Response. 3. Then, Go for a walk to a safe place making sure your family allows you to do so. Take the phone or tablet with you. Click on the camera and take the pictures of two (2) things you discover. 4. If you cannot take a picture you can draw them. Click on the draw icon, (the pencil) and draw the two (2) things or objects you discover. 5. Last, click on the green check. Click on the green check again.
