Student Instructions

This task is based on the book 'Dear Teacher' by Amy Husbands. Listen to the story or read it for yourself and find out all about Michael's wild excuses for why he's not at school. Now it's your turn! It’s now up to you to write a letter to your teacher about your day, you can use your imagination to come up with TALL tales about why you're not in school - the stranger and sillier, the better! You can illustrate your letters just like the author illustrated hers. 1. 💭 🤔 Think about where you would rather be today: the beach, mountains, space...?! 2. Tap add Use the plan in the :template: to record your exciting💡ideas. 3. ✍️ Write and 🎨 illustrate your letter✉️. Try to use your 🏅best handwriting, just as you would in school, and make your illustrations colourful! 🌈💥 3. Take a photo of your letter. 4. You could even use mic to record you reading your letter aloud! 5. Tap check when you're done!
