Students will need: - food coloring (red or blue, 2-3 drops) - 1 piece of celery - 1 clear glass - water (If students can't get the supplies- no problem- they can draw and observe mine) Steps: 1. Mix food coloring and water together in a jar. 2. Put celery in food coloring water. 3. Wait for two days to observe the stem and leaves. On Seesaw: Draw your observations.
