Learning Intention: We are learning to use onomatopoeia. Success Criteria: - I can use onomatopoeia to describe a picture. - I can match sentences with the appropriate onomatopoeic words. - I understand how onomatopoeia can be used to liven up a setting description. Slide 1: Drag the words to the correct sentences and then read them over to make sure they make sense. Slides 2-4 Create a sentence including onomatopoeia to describe the pictures. Slide 5 Add as many onomatopoeic words around the picture as you can think of.
