In response to heightened anti-Asian violence across the nation, Ms. Sammay reminds us of the importance of the Filipino phrase 'lakas ng loob', or "inner strength," in these times of much needed embodied solidarity. And because this work cannot happen alone - she's invited some friends from the community to contribute their voices and special gifts for this collaborative video. 1.
