1. Its time to focus on our wellbeing this week. 2. We are going to use the our Whare Tapa Wha to help us look after our hauora (well being) 3. You need to choose one task from each area: Taha Wairua, Taha Hinengaro, Taha Whānau, Taha Tinana and Taha Whenua. There are examples of what you could do in the template below. 4. Click 5.
