Student Instructions

When Europeans came to America, they had to make decisions about what to take and what to leave behind. Some children made a game of this. It was called Packing Grandma’s trunk. List items Grandma would have needed if she had moved to Wisconsin in the 1800’s. Remember there were no electronics back then. See how many you can come up with. Each item should start with a different letter of the alphabet. That is what made the game challenging. Are you up for this challenge? 1. Tap the add button. 2. Tap the label , photo , or drawing to fill up Grandma's trunk. 3. Use the mic to explain 3-5 items that you feel would be most important in a new land. 4. Tap the check to add to your portfolio.
