We have been learning about different ways to balance ourselves. We learnt how to balance ourselves on different parts or points of our bodies and hold still for 10 slow counts. When we balance ourselves, we remember that our bodies must be: 1) STRAIGHT 2) STRETCHED 3) POINTED 4) STABLE (Not wobbly) This week, a series of balances have been attached for you to practise at home.
