Teachers, save “Creating shapes within shapes” to assign it to your class.

1. Press play and listen to the on the first slide. 2. Click on the and draw some lines to create some new shapes inside the hexagon. 3. Click on the and write the names of the shapes you created and how many you made. 4. Repeat these steps for the next few slides - please create different shapes for each slide. 5. On the final slide there is a challenge you can choose to complete. Follow the instructions and use the button to divide up the hexagon into different shapes. On the line use the button to write down which shapes you made.
