You will need a ✏️ and a piece of 📝 or you can use the tool to draw on the Seesaw app. Carefully follow each pattern , repeating each one as many times as you can inside the box. 💬Mindful Reasoning: Doodling is a brilliant way to slow us down. If we are finding ourselves in a moment of stress or tension, or feeling bogged down by workload, doodling can help us. It brings us into the present moment and allows us to focus only on the pattern we are recreating.
