Lesson goal: -Students will research and use the verb "ser" + physical and personality adjectives to describe the famous Hispanic celebrities in Spanish. I Will Statement: I will research about famous Hispanic women and describe them using the verb “Ser” and Spanish (physical and personality) adjectives. • This lesson is designed to be completed over 1-2 days. • Save as a draft if the activity will not be completed in one sitting. • Follow the instructions. • Do not repeat the adjectives in Spanish (Unless is about Physical descriptions. Ej. Women's History Month takes place during the month of March and we can use this time to celebrate and teach our students about the impacts Hispanic women have had on our world. There are countless women in the Hispanic world that have made incredible impacts on society. From motivational speakers to astronauts to civil rights activists… you could spend all year teaching about these women. -Look for biographies -Research webquest about important Hispanic women in history.
