Student Instructions

Your actions, attitude, humour, interests, style, vocabulary, friends, family, reactions, emotions…. there are soo many elements that make up who you are and how you tackle life. It takes a while to understand who you are and know yourself. It’s like trying to catch the wind. It seems to always be changing and swirling but when you catch it, you can harness it and tackle any storm that comes your way. The best part about being you is that there is no-one who is the same as you and as you grow older so does what makes you, you. In this activity it’s time to capture a small part of that by choosing one two or three mantras by which you believe best represents you or you wish to emulate on a daily basis. Check out the instructions on the attached sheet and upload you finished work.
