SUCCESS CRITERIA I can define and name different systems in a city. I can talk about the different parts of a specific city system. I can identify the different people connected with a city system. I can discuss the different interactions within a city system. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Look at the picture of a busy street corner. Think - What is happening in this picture? Is it a system? Why? Why not? With your partner, discuss the picture and think about why it is/is not a system. Once you think about this, we will be creating a definition that will start like this: ‘A system is when…’ 2. What are the different parts and people connected to the busy street. Use Popplet to highlight the people or parts connected to the busy street. upload JPEG to Seesaw. DISCUSS - What would happen if we removed one part of the system? Use the Seesaw mic and a shape to cover one part of the system.
