Think about what was done during today's Read Aloud lesson - when Miss Hansen wrote on the large whiteboard, making a connection between what I was reading and my own experiences. 1. Read the text. 2. Download the activity, organise the document into Pic-Collage or Book Creator. 3. Reread the text. 4. Find sections in the text that you can make a personal connection with. 5. Add text into the document, you will need to make (3) connections with what you've read in the text. You may need to read more than one page to reach (3) connections. If you get stuck have a look at the connections Miss Hansen made on the large whiteboard during the Think Aloud.
