⭐Summary: Students will watch a short video about the grocery store. On page 2, students will use the screen record tool to put four pictures in order to show the order in which things happen when you go to the grocery store. You can have the students emphasize the order using first, next, then and last or use ordinal counting first, second, third and fourth. If your students aren't quite ready for either of those styles of sequencing, simply have them put the pictures in order and talk about what's happening in the pictures. The goal is to get them speaking. 😊 🔑 Key vocabulary: grocery store. basket, produce, cashier, pay ⭐This is a supplemental activity that can be used in conjunction with your district curriculum. ⭐This activity is best used whole group on an interactive board where students come up and manipulate the objects in the activity or on individual devices in focused small groups (especially for the screen recording activity). 🛑 Always preview videos to be sure they fit your audience/needs.
