Teacher Notes (not visible to pupils)

Assign this (and other) Summer Reading Challenge activities to your students before break. Challenge them to complete as many as possible to encourage reading and to prevent "summer slide". You can decide if you would like to give other students access to comment or like each others posts (under the wrench in "student likes and comments") to encourage summer book and reading discussions. If you can take a little time to comment on student reading submissions yourself and perhaps post your own submissions, that will greatly increase the excitement of students in your classroom to use Seesaw to continue connecting with classmates and you about reading during the summer. Happy Reading!
