We have been practicing this in class. They will make a cover, then each page will be a drawing and a step. Encourage them to add a capital letter at the beginning and a period at the end of their sentence. When they are asking help for spelling words remind them that Kindergarteners write the sounds they hear. Have them slowly streach out each word.
