〰️Hello 2nd Grade! For the past 3 weeks you have learned about the artist Shantell Martin, and have created artwork that is recognizably yours by practicing lines, words/phrases, and shapes. This week you will be taking your 2D drawing skills that we have been working on into 3 Dimensions! 〰️ Step 1: Watch the attached video with the demonstration of the app https://youtu.be/3lEv8cQofzw Step 2: If you have not already, go to the Student Portal and download the app Just a Line from Resources. It will show up on your home screen once downloaded Step 3: Open the app and create your own 3-Dimensional Drawing! -Pick an indoor space to create your masterpiece -You can either pick a large space (bedroom, kitchen, hallway, dining room, family room, etc.) or a small space (corner of a room, sleeping pet, extension of an artwork in your house, etc.) Tips for success: -Think about including lines, words/phrases, and shapes -This drawing is 3 Dimensional! Challenge yourself to move up and down, side to side, and diagonally -Stationary objects are a great thing to think about extending in your artwork (artwork, furniture, napping cats, family members -the app has a 10 second limit on recording. If you want to record something longer you can screen record while in the app Step 4: Post your final AR creation to Seesaw by and uploading from your camera roll IMPORTANT ❤️❤️❤️Stay safe!
