Student Instructions
                    Today you will be completing Understanding Multiplying by 10. This activity will walk you through 3 different types of activities to help you visualize (see) what multiplying by 10 looks like. Work on this activity until you complete it, it is ok to save it as a 
 draft. 
1. Click 
 button to start. 
2. Read the directions on the first page that explains the three parts to the activity. 
3. Read the directions for each section, watch the video if you need to see an example. 
4. First, use the 
 highlighter tool to highlight the multiples on the hundreds chart. Explain the patterns you see using the 
 microphone or adding a 
 caption. 
5. Next, roll the fact cube 🎲 and show the fact with an equal groups model. Next show a related multiplication fact using the commutative property.  Use any tool to show your work. 
6. Finally visualize some real world problems connected to multiplication, Make a model to solve each fact, then write the answer with a label. 
7. Work on this activity until you are finished. Click the 
 orange check to save your work as a draft and return to it later. 
8. Click 
 the check to submit your work when you have finished.
