Teachers, save “Transition Project” to assign it to your class.

We have a little project for you to complete in preparation for next year. I have attached the instructions and the templates to help you complete this. How you choose to complete it is entirely up to you. You can choose to make a video, use photographs, draw and write things using pens, pencils and paper or even use a mix of media to complete the overall project. In the final week of term I will collect everything you want to submit, put it all together ready for when we return to school. Have fun!
