Stress Bucket

Fill the bucket with all the things that make you stressed and annoyed. use the to write down things that make you feel stressed. We will discuss them and come up with ways to help you stay calm. You will then duplicate your stress bucket and some coping mechanisms to help you deal with the stresses.
