1. With a buddy, take 4 pictures of you in each ZONE on an iPad camera app (not Seesaw). 2. Add the appropriate photo to the corresponding ZONE/slide. 3. Using identify the face and body cues you are displaying in the photo (at least 3). 4. Using give an example of when you might be feeling in that particular ZONE. 5. Using give an example of how you might make others feel when you are in that particular ZONE. 6. Repeat for each ZONE. 7. Using record an explanation of what The Zones of Regulation are. 8. Upload to your Journal.
