Each week fill in how your journey has been going. Ideas to read through with your parents. (Choose 1or 2 to do) Waste less-Eat simply and eat everything you have been given Recycle- Sort the rubbish and do not put rubbish in the wrong bins Up cycle- Create art or make something you already have from home Support Australian farmers- look at labels when you buy or eat food Learn more about sustainability (such as solar power, water recycling) Plant seeds Reduce household energy use- turn off appliances/lights when they are not being used
