Student Instructions
1. Review your weekly i-Ready data for Reading and Math.
2. On page 1, you will use the

to write how many lessons you passed for reading (green scores). You will also use the or to write how many lessons you need to work on (red scores) and how many minutes you completed for reading.
3. On page 2, you will use the or to write how many lessons you passed for math (green scores). You will also use the or to write how many lessons you need to work on (red scores) and how many minutes you completed for reading.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)
This activity is created to be used with the i-Ready program (@Curriculum Associates). The activity can be used to complete a weekly data chat with students based on their weekly i-Ready scores. Students can reflect on their passing lesson (green scores) and the lessons they did not pass (red scores). Students can also record on how many minutes they completed for each week.
