New Year, One Word

Don't make a list of resolutions; instead, choose ONE WORD to live by for this new year. What is your one word for the new year that you can focus on? Follow the steps below to complete this activity! 1--Not sure what word to pick for you? Spend time reflecting on your life and the positive changes you’d like to see happen this year. Think of the characteristics you would need to make those changes happen. Brainstorm a list of possible positive words in your Writer's Notebook. 2-Then pick one of those words to become your theme of the year. It’s that easy! 3-Now, add in your word to Seesaw. Make sure your word is printed large and has a great font. 4-Explain in your caption why you choose this word. 5-Also, explain ideas or action plans you have to make this happen 6-Take a selfie of yourself & have fun putting on some new year's glasses or adding in pictures that represent the new year & your one word! 7-Remember to read your writing out loud to check for any mistakes!
