We all experience being sad at some point. What does this mean? What are some ways we can make ourselves feel better when we are sad? We can think about it, take deep breaths and even talk or draw about it. These are all ways that can help us become happy again. This activity features a choice board for you to learn about what it means to be sad and some ways in which you could make yourself feel better. Do the activities in any order that you would like to do them. There are 3 different activities! 1. Check the green plus button to open the My Feelings Choice Board. 2. Look at the three (3) different activities you can do! -Click the link to read and listen to a read to me book about Sadness. You can find this book on Epic Reading. -Click the link to listen and watch a video about learning how to "Let It Go". This exercise can be done whenever you might feel a little down. -Click the link to go to the next slide to tell me a story about a time in which you were sad. You can make a drawing drawing, mic recording, or a video video to tell me about your story. How did you make yourself feel better? 3. Make sure to check check the green button to upload your work!
