We all experience being sad at some point. What does this mean? What are some ways we can make ourselves feel better when we are sad? We can think about it, take deep breaths and even talk or draw about it. These are all ways that can help us become happy again. This activity features a choice board for you to learn about what it means to be sad and some ways in which you could make yourself feel better.
