(3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hall, a kitchen diner etc.) 🔆What extra features does it have ? (garden, balcony, basement etc.) 🔆How old is it ? (18th century, 40s, modern, new build etc.) 🔆How light is it ? (dark, quite light, airy etc.) You can make notes before you start speaking, but do not write a script !
