Teachers, save “Attribute Train” to assign it to your class.

For this activity you will drag and drop the shapes below to complete the attribute train. Here are your directions: 1. Start with the small orange square. 2. Drag one of the shapes below, to add onto the train. The shape can only be different in ONE way. The difference can be shape, size, or color. 3. Continue adding shapes onto your train that are only different in ONE way than the shape before. 4. You are finished when you have used up all of the shapes to complete your train. Don't give up! It may take you a couple of tries to get all of the shapes in the correct order for the train. Challenge: Record your voice explaining which attribute changed for each shape as you go through your train. For example, from a small orange square to a small yellow square, the color is the attribute that changed.
