Build a fort and watch both movies Compare - things that are alike Contrast - things that are different Both - things they both have in common seesaw instructions 1. add response 2. watch both movies Golden Winter and 12 Dogs of Christmas 3. use label to complete the compare and contrast Venn Diagram 4. use check to add to the journal. compare and contrast mean to look closely at something in order to show likenesses and differences. compare is used for showing the likenesses between two or more things. Compare these sofas for size and comfort. contrast is used for showing the differences and especially the characteristics which are opposite.
