What is your goal for today? Focus on school work, but you can also talk about other goals you want to accomplish. At the end of each day, return to the form and reflect on that day. 1. You can draw pictures and be creative. 3.On page 6 is a Gratitude Jar. Each day fill in one label and add it to your jar. What are you thankful for today? Click in the label and add to the box, then the label into your jar.
