Student Instructions
You have been reading various debatable issues and now you will choose one to debate about. You will choose your issue, make a claim, support it with reasons and evidence, and present it. There will be two parts to this task.
1. Choose one article from your text set and annotate it. Highlight key facts that support your position and upload it.
2. Present your debate by:
* Record yourself talking about your claim, reasons, and evidence
* Debate with a peer and record it.
* Create an Infographic detailing your claim, reasons, and evidence. Make a video of yourself presenting to an audience. :draw:
* Create a skit to portray one of the scenario card issues (Session 21).
Your presentation must include:
* Your claim
* Three reasons to support your claim
* Each reason must have at least one strong piece of evidence to support each reason
* State the counter-argument the other side may make
* Provide a rebuttal of your counter - argument
