1) Use 
tool to write learning tasks in the colorful rectangle boxes for the day or week.
2) Use 
tool to organize your learning day or week.
3) As you work on or complete a learning task use the tool and move the tasks.
4) Save as 
until all your task are in the Done column.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)
This can be used by teachers, students and/or parents to help keep track of the learning tasks for the day or week. I suggest you make a folder called Learning Board so the students can be located it easily. This can either be completed each day or use each board for an entire week.
