Student Instructions

Please record as much of the activity as possible. You can press pause as you turn pages (3 total). You will be able to record up to 5-minutes. Please encourage your child to complete the tasks independently. 1. Tap add 2. Tap mic 3. Page 1 --> Circle the correct item. Have your child record the sentence. "I found the big ball." 4. Page 2 --> Have your child record where the bear is located. "The bear is under the box". move the hearts to the boxes when complete. 5. Page 3 --> Have your child eraser the rectangle colors to reveal the action picture. Have your child say each sentence "She is eating." 6. Tap pause and check to submit

This is a Progress Monitoring Tool to use as a probe for comprehension and expressive language. This tool targets attributes, prepositions, and sentence formulation (Pronouns/Nouns, actions). Pictures were downloaded from Boardmaker or free online pictures but the activities were made by me.
