Student Instructions
1. Watch this video to strengthen your courage muscle through Superhero Yoga for Courage with Liz. 2. After your mindful recess, click and either upload a picture of you doing your favorite pose from the video or use the drawing tool to draw a picture of yourself in your favorite pose! 3. Then, either record yourself or write and share what makes you feel courageous. 4. Click when you're done to submit!
Through this practice, we are teaching students that they are in control of showing up with compassion and courage for themselves and others. Building our "courage muscle" helps students with decision making and responsibility. This video is geared towards younger students grades TK-4th. [as of 2.3.21]
