How can you become a problem solver? Using our "I statement" is very important to use when trying to express to others how we are feeling. Given each real-life or hypothetical situation, how would it make you feel and what type of problem is it? Teacher's Guide: Top Left Photo- Represents the zones of regulation, this in turn helps the student to understand what their body needs to do in order to make healthy choices. Left Photo- Goes with the lingo of 'big deal' or 'little deal'. Ask the student what type of problem is it. This will help us decide in what ways do our bodies need to react.
