Student Instructions

In honor of the 1st and 16th presidents of our country, complete the two templates below as follows: 1) First you will need to go to EPIC assignments and read the two books. One is about Abraham Lincoln and the other is about George Washington. 2)Open the template. 3) In the box use your tool to write at least 8 things you learned about each president respectively. 4)In the area to the right find and add 3 to 5 pictures which are symbolic or associated with each president. For example a log cabin is associated with Lincoln because he grew up in a log cabin. A surveying compass is associated with Washington because he was a surveyor. To get more ideas, go to EPIC and reread the books about both presidents. 5) This assignment is due on Friday the 12th. When you have finished both templates click to turn in. **An example is provided to help you if you need it.
