Student Instructions

5 minutes of Boxercise exercises, follow the pace of the video, or speed up/slow down repetitions and pace dependent on difficulty. First, follow the warm up video before starting the activity. Then, when you’re ready, watch the video and follow along with the exercises. Do your best but most importantly, have fun! Remember, if you want a tougher workout you can always repeat the video!
