Add emojis that represent each season.
1. Tap the 
add button.
2. Tap the 
label tool and using the emoji keyboard, add emojis to the correct season.
3: Tap 
mic button and record WHY you added these emojis to each season.
4: Tap the 
check to add to your journal.

You can easily edit this to differentiate for your students. You could add the emojis for students to drag to the correct season.
