Follow the Instructions on the Template~but here is the break down. 1. Click on the Template. 2. The box on the left is the Original Sequence of the DNA strand. 3. The box on the right is the Copy Sequence of the DNA strand after Replication. 4. Highlight the mutation in the Copy Sequence. 5. On the line given, write what kind of mutation has occurred. (Insertion, Deletion, Substitution) 6. In the bottom two sets of boxes, you are to create your own Original strands and then create your own Mutations. 7. Highlight your mutation and then write what kind of mutation occurred.
