Student Instructions

Yoga has many benefits for young children, some of which being enhanced concentration and memory as well as boosting self esteem and developing physical strength. Today we are going to do basic yoga. Follow the instructions on the yoga cards below remembering to take deep breaths and to take your time with each pose. If you have any relaxing background music that would be great. Remember to take and upload pictures of your child! Learning outcomes: *Gross motor skills *Balance *Concentration *Following instructions
