In this activity you are going to be using two types of information to make a prediction. First, you will be looking at the title of the story and second, you will be looking at the picture clues that are given on the cover of the book. Before you begin, please look at the example. Follow these steps: 1.) Look carefully at the book covers that have been given on each slide. 2.) Complete the two "I think..." statements in the text boxes that have been provided for you. Be sure to include enough detail in your sentences to really show your thinking. 3.) Check your work over carefully to find and fix any errors that you made. 4.)
