Teachers, save “Addition” to assign it to your class.

There are 2 parts to the activity. 1. Play the addition game with the robots and share your score with us. 2. Dice addition: using 2 of your own dice or the interactive dice that are linked to the activity (click on the picture of the dice) roll them to generate 2 numbers, write these in an addition number sentence and work out the answer e.g. 3+2=5. If you want a challenge there is an option for you to change the interactive dice so they have numbers 0-9. Please complete a minimum of 5 addition sentences. Top Tips for when adding: You can work practically to put the 2 amounts together and count how many you have all together. OR you can use counting on but, remember to start on the biggest number first and count on the smaller number or amount.
