Put a Poem in Your Pocket!
Find a poem you like. You can explore the poetry books on EPIC if you need ideas.

and type it so it fits in your pocket. You may choose to take a

You can choose to:

and to annotate it. Jot down everything you notice that the poet did to make the poem sound and look right.

Read your poem aloud.

This is perfect for poetry month or keep a poem in your pocket day. Students can choose how to share their favorite poems. This works really well for distance learning since you can get a link or qr code to a student's post to share.
