Teachers, save “Similar Spelling Words (Essential List 3)” to assign it to your class.

1. Click on the Add button 2. The Spelling Word is "there". 3. The similar words are "their" and "they're" (homonyms). 4. Move the words so they match the word at the top of the picture. 5. Move all of the "there" words so they are under "there". 6. Move all of the "their" words so they are under "their". 7. Move all of the "they're" words so they are under "they're". 8. What do you notice? Think about what is the same and what is different. 9. Record what you notice about these words.
