Student Instructions

Let's extend Purim patterns! 1. Click the green add button. 2. Use the move hand tool to move the Purim pictures to finish the AB patterns. Say the pattern out loud to help you. Say the pattern out loud to help you. 3. When you're finished, go to the add next pages page. 4. Practice making your own Purim patterns! 5. Click the mic microphone button. Say your favorite Purim pattern! 6. Click the red pause pause button when you're finished recording. 7. Click the green check check mark to submit your work.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

Students will identify, extend, and create repeating AB patterns using Purim-themed images. Students will verbally describe their patterns using mathematical language. This activity integrates cultural learning while reinforcing foundational math skills in pattern recognition.
