Building 3D Shapes

You will need building materials to complete this project. You can use anything you have available. Come back to seesaw after you have gathered your building supplies. Click add. Use materials from your classroom or around your home to build 3D shapes. You will build a CONE, CYLINDER, SPHERE, CUBE, and RECTANGULAR PRISM. Once you have built each shape, click photo. Click photo again to take a picture of one of your 3D shapes. Click move to drag your picture to the correct frame and resize it to fit. Do this until you have added a photo of each 3D shape into its box. Click check to turn in your work.

Alternate Activity: Have students take photographs of real life objects for each shape. They could even go for a walk around the school or neighborhood.
