The Power of YET!

We have to work every day to learn new things and keep trying even when it's hard. Being able to say we don't know how to do something, YET, is powerful. We can do it, if we keep trying. 1. Tap the add button. 2. Use the label tool to share something on the first line that you can't do YET, but want to learn. 3. Use the label tool on the second line to tell me HOW you are going to achieve this goal 4. Tap the mic to read your statement. For example, I can't read chapter books YET. But, if I read every day and try new words I will be able to! 5. Tap the check button to save to your journal. 👨‍👧 Family Why: Having a growth mindset helps students try new things and recognize the importance of effort and hard work.
