Follow along with the guided instructions. 2. 👀 Look down at your feet and think: Were you surprised by how focusing on one thing can help settle your mind? 3. Click Add Response. 4. Tap the video tool to record yourself talking about your experience. What did you think about this activity? How did it feel focusing all your attention on your feet? Did you have any Hubbubbles appear? How did you help them go away? 5. Click the green check to add to your journal. 👍 If you start to feel the Hubbub this week, try slowing down and focus in on your feet. See if you can take deep breaths and help the Hubbub calm down.
