Today, you will continue to practice focusing all of your attention on one thing to help settle the Hubbub. This time you will practice focusing on something that is always with you... your feet! Let’s learn how. 1. ▶️ Click play on the Mind Yeti audio session. Follow along with the guided instructions. 2. 👀 Look down at your feet and think: Were you surprised by how focusing on one thing can help settle your mind? 3. add Click Add Response. 4. video Tap the video tool to record yourself talking about your experience. What did you think about this activity? How did it feel focusing all your attention on your feet? Did you have any Hubbubbles appear? How did you help them go away? 5. check Click the green check to add to your journal. 👍 If you start to feel the Hubbub this week, try slowing down and focus in on your feet. See if you can take deep breaths and help the Hubbub calm down. Thank you, feet! 🦶 Family Why: Mindfulness helps children manage stress and work through it more quickly.
