MAIN IDEA & SUPPORTING DETAILS ACTIVITY Your group’s challenge is to separate the supporting details & main ideas into four different paragraphs. You will cut/paste the sentence onto another slide to create the paragraph. After you’ve separated the sentences, determine what the main idea of each paragraph is. Then create (write) an additional sentence that would be appropriate to add to that paragraph as a supporting detail. *Not all paragraphs have the same number of sentences.
